Been on hold and 1st in que for the past 30min. The call goes to voice mail after ten minutes. Haven't gotten a call back from my 9:30am voice mail it is now 4 o'clock and this is a constant problem with this location you are better off calling the main office. I would recommend looking at cameras in office to see exactly how much actual work they do. I have had the experience w two counselors, and each don’t just listen but listen w care. Most importantly they give you homework or techniques to do daily. I have never been a fan of virtual care but have changed my mind. There has never been any technical issues and you can talk directly w just your phone. It’s simple and a great way to get care and communicate. The counselors are empathetic and have many years of experience and tools to help w many issues. Highly recommend.
Doctor/ Psychologist was very attentive and listened to my worries to help me through these tough times with my family member's health. I always felt comfortable talking with Doctor B and would recommend him to others. Thank you Doctor B for everything..
Do not trust these people. They only want your money. They cut me off, alleging I did not pay my bill. That is %100 false. When I signed up as a patient, I provided my HSA debit card. They sent emails threatening to send me to collections for non payment. I spoke to billing and the rep explained, sort of, their billing procedures. He claimed they can only bill a certain amount to the card. Not my problem... they cancelled my appointment for no stated reason. Absolutely amazing experience! Finding a therapist can be so difficult but MindPath made it easy! I called them and within 13 minutes, I had an appt with a therapist that met my preferences and took my insurance! She is the most perfect match too! I never would have found her without MindPath and will be forever grateful!
