Been seeing same person for a few years. Clinician is late to every appointment, usually by 5 minutes at least (virtual). Appointments are short and feel hurried with clinician not prepared for appointment. At the last appointment clinician did not even ask about how patient was feeling after coming off a medication in the prior month (while clinician was on a long vacation) and then the clinician offered to 'help' by ordering more meds after we said we were fine. I always love my monthly Mindpath Health appointments. Dr. Desai is always communicative with any medication changes and is always prompt in starting our meetings on time. In contacting the main office, Christina is super efficient and has been a real joy to work with. Any rescheduling of my appointments is always the best fit for my schedule and flexible in timing. I would highly recommend this practice to others! Thanks.
Very poorly organized. The doctor their website listed for Santa Rosa does not practice in Santa Rosa at all. I was told I would get an in-person appointment for my daughter with my chosen doctor in SR, only to be told 2 weeks later this was not possible, so I scheduled a video call instead. Then, that same doctor cancelled on me the day of my visit, leaving me to navigate their disorganized system AGAIN to reschedule. Do not use this provider. The people who do the scheduling are always very friendly and professional. The practitioner was the first person who actually listened to what I was asking for and though she wanted me to head in a different direction medication wise, she honored my original request and prescribed what I had asked for, in addition to the medication she recommended. It turned out that she was right, and I ended up feeling 100% after taking the medication she had recommended. I’m very pleased with the help I’ve gotten from them.
Thank you for your professionalism and ease of working with Mindpath and my assigned Psychiatrist. We have had negative experiences with other companies in the past year, but I can already tell based on this first appointment that Mindpath is well organized and more professional than other organizations.
