My doctor is always available for my phone calls - 24/7. He responds promptly, and I know he and his staff care about my well-being. I'm very happy with this arrangement, and with my mental health in general. Thanks!
We’ve worked with our provider and the company for over 20 years. Our provider is very in tune with our sons particular needs and changes in his life. Yes, we have to wait sometimes along time but I also know that when I’ve been that family in Crisis, we get that attention which is what you want.
Doctor runs late. Bad customer service. Don't go here for an ADHD eval if you have suspected ADHD. People with ADHD have difficulty focusing and starting tasks. You'd expect them to have a tightly controlled process to ensure patients complete the assessment. I would've expected, for the price, an online portal which had workflows to ensure an orderly process. Or, at least, a checklist with all of the tasks and subtasks necessary to get this done. Although Mindpath Health is easy to reach,send zooms easily to track down, to the doctor I was seeing for a certain service, they never have any counselors available never in the past year. Every time I've asked. And then I Get directed to ask the doctor that I'm seeing on Google for specific reason and she refers me back to them so you know what good is a place without any counselors available?
My son has high functioning autism and he feels he is dealing with adhd. He also has high highs and low lows. We had a visit with Dr. Gonzalez and I believe he was kind and patient with my son. He asked all the right questions and understood that my son was most comfortable with me in the room with them and that was ok with Dr. Gonzalez. I give Dr. Gonzalez a 5 🌟, it's not always easy dealing with a new client and my son doesn't open up easily. Afterwards he said he felt that Dr Gonzalez heard his concerns.
