RecommendedWhen I tell you that sea bass with shiitakes paired with Mindy’s Yummy Tahini Sauce is burst of balanced flavors it’s no exaggeration. I followed Mindy’s recipe and it was so easy to make and her sauce gave the fish that balanced, robust flavor. The richness of the tahini sauce with its double cream consistency had a hint of earthy cumin giving the meal that zest. Echo the flavors on the side dishes to give that perfect fusion. I served the sea bass with a side of green beans and butternut risotto.
RecommendedAfter several friends recommended Mindy's Yummy Sauce, I finally got a bottle and was not disappointed! It's super-delicious!! So far, I've put it on chicken (including using it to flavor-up a bland take-out dish) and salad, but I'm looking forward to trying it on fish and a variety of other ways. Mmmm!!
