My experience with Mini of Fort Myers was excellent! I had gone for a service appointment and decided to look at purchasing a newer car. Beth Monde was a delight. She is very professional and knowledgeable and no high pressure. I ended up purchasing a new Countryman and couldn’t be happier. Everyone I have worked with at this dealership is friendly and helpful. This is my third Mini I have purchased.
The sales person was knowledgeable about the process and comfortable to test drive with. The finance office was easy to work with and not overbearing. I don’t feel scammed. The only negative was it was the first time I bought a car and didn’t get a full tank of gas. The deal however was very good. I ended up with exactly what I wanted in a car.
Wow! What a great experience! Nick went above and beyond to really explain the services that my car needed. I am thrilled with the result, the car drives like new! We also met Beth in Sales who is super knowledgeable, & we are looking forward to our next Mini!
This place is beautiful and the staff is amazing! I bought a car over the phone. Beth was my sales representative. She was always available and accessible. I had some custom things added to my car. I flew in to pick it up, and it was all done and ready to go. The transaction was very efficient and fast and seamless. There were no hoops to jump through or no games to be played. Just great people doing their job. I highly recommend!
Beth is an excellent sales professional! She helped us pick out this fabulous Mini with low mileage and provided superior customer service. Made the car buying process super easy and fun! Highly recommend her and this dealership.
