Huge shoutout to Trent for making my car purchase quick and stress-free! He was excellent and did not put any pressure on me, and I highly recommend seeing him. They even offered to detail my car for free since it was raining the day before. They treat you like family instead of just a customer. What a great experience BMW of Maui is top notch in customer service. We were interested in purchasing two cars they had in stock. I phoned ahead of time as it was New Years Eve. It is always an initially good sign when you can reach a human on the phone. Both cars we were interested in were still in stock.
