Big spaces, small prices! Coded entry and time framed accesibilty. It was definitely a safe storage facility at a comparable winning price. Although that's changing and prices are going up and I now have to empty my unit because it is no longer affordable to me; I felt safe to keep my things there! At first it was an inconvenience for my lifestyle to have a time frame for access to my own things but that is also only for safety reasons . So a 4 star rating from me.
Handle my request for my storage unit with no problem. Greatly appreciate the time and information about my unit given to me.
Both Chandra and Julie were quite pleasant, informative, helpful and professional while walking me through the process of obtaining my rental space. They made the experience quite simple and welcoming. I really appreciate their service and they are true assets to Mini Storage Depot.
Sue is amazing. Facility is clean, organized, and nothing short of perfect. Has everything you need!
Thank you so much for the EXCELLENT customer service! Helena was amazing - so helpful and professional. It has been a long time since someone has thanked me and appreciated my business. Such a pleasant suprise for sure. The storage units are beautiful and clean. I am so happy I found this place!
