Jeffery helped us with getting another storage unit, he showed us the different sizes of units and helped us pick out a unit that will fit our needs. Amazing employee and even stayed after he was supposed to go to lunch. Goes to show when an employee goes beyond to help the customers!
Very good customer service! Jeffrey explained our options and helped us decide what size storage unit would be best for us. He was very informative about the process for moving in and out. The storage unit itself was very clean and the right size. Also, the storage unit is easily accessible off main road. Thank you Jeffrey for all your help
I want to sincerely thank Mini Storage Depot for the excellent customer service and kindness shown to me today in renting a storage unit. God truly blessed me with meeting two exceptional great people — Mr. Walker, the Manager, and Mes. Leah, his staff assistant. This experience reminded me that there are still good, humble, honest, and loyal people in this world who genuinely care. Thank you, Mr. Walker, and your entire staff, for your professionalism, honesty, and outstanding service. I truly appreciate you all!
I initially came to get a price quote so that I can shop around at other storage units. Leah greeted me with great energy and showed me two units before I was sold and didn’t need to look any further. I was in and out within 30 minutes and she was so friendly but yet professional. Very satisfied customer and they have really great deals as well highly recommend thank you again, Leah!
I had an emergency situation this morning. I called ti see if I could another smaller unit close to the one I have. Jeffery was very helpful. He found me a unit very close to my original one. He was professional, respectful and very helpful. I appreciated his help so much. He helped me so very much.
