I highly recommend Minivasive for their doctors, practitioners, nurses, and staff who deliver professional medicine. I have arthritis in my hands, knees, and back. Drs. Cummings, Lee, and Nguyen have given me treatments and guidance that have safely relieved my pain and restored my ability to enjoy life. Thank you all.
The staff is absolutely amazing to work with. Scheduling appointments to seeing the NP Michelle. The medical assistances, Jessie, Michelle S and Omar have all been a pleasure to deal with as well. The receptionist Alana was extremely pleasant when I walked in. They treat everyone like they literally a relative in some manner.
The staff are so friendly, the medical assistant Omar made sure I got everything I needed and was very thorough with medical questions. The receptionist Alana was detailed in her instructions for me and how to fill out the paperwork as a new patient. The nurse practitioner, Tinesha is so sweet and an amazing active listener. She tended to every pain I had and made sure my body functions properly the way it should. Great staff :)
Front desk staff member was extremely rude! I went in to the office for back pain. Right from the beginning at check in, this staff member was rude. When I saw the doctor, I was told that I need a lumbar fusion. When my visit was over the front desk staff member literally kicked me out of the office as I was trying to see if the office had WiFi to be able to order my uber as my phone has been shut off due to my current circumstances. I feel I need to mention everyone associated with the office in Webster because they have ALL made my experience exceptional considering I walked in severe pain from a fall. They have all been VERY sympathetic to my situation, professional, kind, outstanding and the list goes on. I'll start with Tinesha Pettiway , she is truly heaven sent.
