Checking out after my 1st appointment with the scheduler and NP in the room, I was told I could get a cervical spine steroid injection for $65 at their Dr's clinic but it was scheduling a month out. Otherwise the procedure was $1,200. My pain was controlled enough that I was willing to wait to save the $. We waited the month, and 3 days before my appointment I got a call and was told the office visit was not possible and the only way we could have the procedure was to do it at the surgical center for the $1,200, but they cou... read more
Terrible experience. I had an appointment at Mini Invasive Pain & Orthopedic and ended up waiting for over 2 hours past my scheduled time. I finally gave up and left the building — I simply cannot wait that long after having an appointment set. This shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time and extremely poor office management. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this clinic.
Absolutely horrible. The 1 doctor appointment I did have, that I had to drive an hour and a half to Pearland to see the doctor for 5 minutes was ok. But I have tried to schedule an appointment at their Kingwood Location at least 6 times and I am always either put on hold for over 30 minutes until I finally hang up, or they just hang up on me themselves and never call back. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR HEALTHCARE NEEDS TO MINIVASIVE AND THEIR STAFF PARTICULARLY DR. NGU!!! I am at my whitsend and my husband and I have maintained our calm since last year. My husband has been seeing Dr. Ngu since last year. In November 2024 my husband received paperwork to be filled out by both the military and the disability department at his civilian job.
