I am very impressed with Dr. Hai Nguyen and his whole team . From the moment that I scheduled my appointment the staff made me feel so welcome. Dr. Nguyen took ample time to listen to all my concerns and answered all my questions clearly, made me feel confident in my care. I never felt rushed.It’s rare to find such compassionate and organized care . They truly go above and beyond for their patients and I am happy to have found a great doctor . I visited the Minivasive at their Greenhouse location today for my first time. Dr. Hai Nguyen and staff were very kind, professional and attentive. No long wait, and a better experience than another Minivasive clinic. I went in for Chronic pain and have pain management and scheduled procedure for spinal injuries. I’m glad I switched locations, will be going to this office from now on.
Dr. Bidrus and his staff daisy, Alina and violeta were all very welcoming. Their level of treatment was very professional and the staff didn't just treat me like another patient, they treated me like a human and with respect. Dr. Bidrus listened to all my concerns with attention to detail. He was very educated, patient, and overall kind. I 100% recommend this doctor and his staff. I also want to mention Dr. Hai.
