Absolutely amazing experience. The front desk receptionist Lesly was very kind and pleasant. She also provided the address and confirmed the location when I called in to ensure we were driving to the right place! Very accommodating and ensured my son and I understood the paperwork and whether we had any questions. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve taken the time to explain things clearly and made sure everything was handled correctly. I never saw a doctor here because the front office behavior was so unprofessional and aggressive that I walked away entirely. An appointment was scheduled without my consent and without speaking to me. I know for a fact that I did not talk to anyone or book anything. I do not hallucinate conversations, and I am very clear about when I speak to someone. Been going to this office since early 2023 for my back pain. First doctor I seen told he couldn’t treat me cause of my scoliosis. But referred to the pain management doctor. While with the I change insurance and had pain injection done that crippled me for a month and the doctor that did the injection was not concerned about it at all and Dr. Lee was not concerned either.
