The wait times here are unreasonably long, and the level of professionalism is lacking. It often feels like patients are being rushed through without genuine concern for their health. Instead of being true advocates for patient well-being, the approach seems to be about finding quick fixes and moving on to the next person. Specifically Dr.Garcia. Very unprofessional and horrible attitude
I was referred to them by my chiro and so far the experience has been less than satisfactory. I called the first time because no one had still reached out to me in regard to scheduling the apt he faxed over referral last week! After being on hold 20 minutes, I gave her my insurance information 3 times and confirmed the information insurance and birthday was accurate on the form he faxed over. I spoke with Bernice this morning on August 4,2025....she was very helpful, kind, patient and informative. She got my problem resolved and very warm character she made me feel like she cared and I respect her for that! Thanks Mrs. Bernice need more people like you You Rock!!!!
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding my scheduled appointment for 9:00 AM on May 8, 2025, which was abruptly canceled by your office at 8:31 AM, while I was already en route. Notifying a patient just 30 minutes prior, especially for a morning appointment—is highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I have been here so many times. I'm here at 15 minutes before my apt and then I get a phone call saying I missed my appointment. I have no idea who these to incompetent women are working at the desk but they are rude and outright hateful Won't go back and this location needs a better staff
