Absolutely amazing experience. The front desk receptionist Lesly was very kind and pleasant. She also provided the address and confirmed the location when I called in to ensure we were driving to the right place! Very accommodating and ensured my son and I understood the paperwork and whether we had any questions. Dr. Hai was so amazing beginning from my SI JOINT FUSION till now. He explained the procedure and was there while I was waking up in recovery. He made sure I was comfortable and feeling ok before I was sent home. While at home he called me twice to check in on me and I'm grateful. Thank you DR Hai. The whole staff is wonderful.

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are dealing with a serious injury or significant pain. After being involved in an accident, I developed severe pain and swelling in my right knee. I repeatedly explained that my knee was my primary concern, that I could barely walk, and that I had been relying on a cane for over a month. Despite this, the focus remained almost entirely on my neck and back. Martha and Veronica are absolutely amazing. They are both so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.
