I had my doubts because I had trouble securing the right appointment due to my insurance but….This was an amazing visit. Office staff was helpful and the intake nurse had great personality and he was efficient and thorough with my medical history. NP Vanis was great! She got straight to the problem of my pain and chose best course of action. Loved the Kingwood office!
Made an appointment days before showed up early for them to tell me they never got my appointment and they can't see me, what's the point of calling and making an appointment if they don't really make the appointment! Also had to drive out far and didn't like how they didn't resolve my issue but made me miss work for an appointment that I never got seen for. Front desk lady's weren't helpful and kinda rude for assuming I never made an appointment when I have the phone log that shows otherwise.
Nurse Practitioner T.Pettiway is a very , knowledgeable, educated ,caring ,compassionate respectful young lady she listens to your medical needs and answers questions very professionally and I highly recommend her for your medical care. Medical Assistant Haley is very caring young lady that respects others as well as the Nurse Practitioner does and is very helpful and also listens to your concerns regarding your medical condition and is a very professional young lady as T.Pettiway . I’m frustrated after mine and my daughter‘s appointment today. since we don’t live close by, it was inconvenient to arrive only to be told we need to reschedule. They claimed they didn’t receive a necessary report, which is disappointing since I confirmed with them beforehand. They could have called to let me know and avoided the hassle, aside from that the staff and Dr are nice
I had a very pleasant experience here at this location with this wonderful staff. Very friendly and welcoming, answered all my questions, and gave me very detailed after care instructions. My nurse practitioner was T.Pettiway, my scheduler was Kelsey and I was also helped by 2 other lovely ladies. Thank you so much! Will be back and 10/10 RECOMMEND!
