Took a tour of the facility today with Ikran (she herself was so kind). Sweet little duck pond out front. Was pleasantly surprised and my mom felt right at home with the warm and inviting lobby, cozy lodge movie area and each floor felt like a regular nice apartment building. Dark brown beautiful crown molding throughout and big bright impressive one bedrooms. Seemed like they offer a lot of engaging activities for residents too.

I work in another senior community and want to commend Minnehaha and Tealwood staff for the exceptional professionalism and compassion they demonstrated recently. A resident from our community was moving to Minnehaha and had limited family and resources to assist her. We could not have asked for a better partner in making this move happen and minimizing the stress to the resident during and after the move. After numerous failed attempts to find information about my brothers death here, I have filed complaints with outside organizations. An employee , Jill was extremely insolent when I attempted to contact for information. It has been stated that this company failed to report death to coroner , refused to cooperate with funeral home and gave away my brothers possessions to an unknown person without any documentation .
