Dr. Son was absolutely amazing! When I went in initially he explained, in great detail, what was going on with my tooth and went over all my options. He then took personal time out of his day to get me in ASAP to extract my tooth because he understood the pain I was experiencing. Everything about this was 💯 amazing. Dr. Son, Thank You!
There are not enough stars to give Dr. Son and I cannot recommend him enough! Dr. Son is honest and genuine, respectful, kind, highly skilled, detailed oriented, empathetic, and has an awesome bedside manner! Horrible experience with this dentist for my MIL. My husband called at 6, he’s been paged 4x and still has not returned call. No pain medication subscribed after a tooth extraction? His nurse was unkind too, not only that he did not leave the room after administering lidocaine and after my mother in law CRIED from pain he still proceeded and did not make sure she was accurately numbed.
