Our over 35 year old heating system was on its last legs. Since our house is on a slab, our heating company didn't want to deal with it. Luckily, these guys were not afraid of it. They got in quick, just before the cold weather kicked in, worked meticulously and did an amazing job. I'm so grateful 🙏
We had an emergency main sewage clog on a Saturday evening. Steve from Minutemen answered my call and had a plumber, Keith, show up within an hour. Keith was very professional and thorough, patiently explaining each part of the process, clearing up the main pipe and conducting a thorough check of all connected pipelines to ensure that the problem was completely fixed. Highly recommended!
Pipes broke due to the cold weather in the garage. Fixed two days ago at a different spot by another company that charged $200 extra, left the line going to the sprinklers open, which probably caused the second break. However the serviceman from Minutemen took the time to explain what to do to avoid it from happening again, and guess what? The service was great — the technician was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The price was acceptable, especially for a same-day response. My only issue was with the estimated wait time from the answering service. They over-promised and under-delivered. I called at 1:48 pm and was told 60–90 minutes. When no one arrived by 4:00, I called again and was told 20–35 minutes. When no one arrived by 5:15, I called a third time and was told 1–2 minutes — that estimate was finally accurate.
