I had a leak from my shower that kept my faucet running no matter how hard I turned my shower off. I thought there was gonna be no solution and I had to redo everything. That was until Bill came to my house and fixed it all better than I could have ever asked for!!! His work is amazing and that man is truly talented and proud of his work and he came within an hour of my call. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else especially if your in the westbury / East meadow area like me!🤍
Excellent customer service & diagnosed the issues quickly. My sink was overflowing in my work space (my spa suite). I needed it fixed promptly due to the fact that I work solo and need it to do my job. They were quick and efficient, and definitely a lot more polite than other plumbers that I contacted previously lol. Definitely would recommend and use again!
When I turned on my outside hose faucet my kitchen flooded. The water lines are behind the dishwasher. In disconnecting the dishwasher to access the lines the washer's drain hose connection broke off the sink's drain tube, and the hot water valve wouldn't close all the way. I called Minuteman and within the hour Lou showed up. About an hour later all three were fixed. No grumbling, no huffing and puffing. Lou was pleasant, knowledgeable, and skilled. It would have taken me 6 hours and 10 trips to Home Depot. Nice job MM!
Professional company who repaired/ replaced 12 feet of my sewer pipe. They rescheduled and worked around other repairs to fit us in. They were immaculate,courteous and so Professional. I noticed my grass sinking after heavy rain and they were at my door within 1 hour. Also, their price for the job was industry standard and fair considering the scope of the job...Jerry thank you for everything! If anyone has issues with a cesspool and/or sewerline these are the people you want doing the job! Congrats gentleman!
Minutemen replaced my hot water heater. the men did a great job. They were courteous and professional and left a clean job site when they were done. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing and sewer needs in the future.
