I was given an appointment with Dr. Grace because my primary care physician was booked. She was very prompt, very nice, and explained my condition thoroughly and with compassion and understanding. I was hoping I could make her the PCP for my daughter, as I think her personality would be a great fit for my timid 19 year old, but it doesn’t appear that she is based out of our Kaiser facility. She would be a great addition to the community!
She is horrible She never contacts you back even when you have a very important request that she just needs to okay. She ignores request even if she doesn't even need to be there she just needs to authorize. You'll never get an appointment and her and her nurse are very unprofessional.
