I moved here in October the process was smooth and professional. I love my new place. Maintenance is awesome. The grounds kept clean especially the dog park. I love the area near lot of shopping. I recommend this place to everyone.
Rob and Anthony in maintenance are so nice! They installed new blinds in my mom's apartment and were so efficient. They made sure she knew how to use them before they left and were careful not to make a mess.
5 stars for Hugo in maintenance staffs. He always takes care of the concerns. Today I submitted a request for the kitchen sink issue and Hugo came here to help very quickly.
I’ve placed multiple maintenance requests for the washer and dryer in my unit. They are so outdated they barely work unless I put almost no clothes in them. Despite this, maintenance insists they’re “working properly.” Because of this inefficiency, my power bill was $150, and I was only here for two weeks! With a toddler and a teenager, I don’t have time or patience to go to a laundromat. I specifically pay for the convenience of having an in-unit washer and dryer. I needed some new bulbs and my sink was backed up. I put in my request the night before and then next morning Rob and Hugo came and assisted me. Very kind and helpful men! I appreciate all that they do to keep up with the complex here.
