I came in on a Monday 6/2 looking for an apartment. I was approved and lease signed by Tuesday! Trenton and Monica stayed late to help me get everything completed so I was able to move on my time!! A fantastic renting team and a beautiful apartment complex!! On 7/17 Rob and Hugo came to fix my AC because it wasn’t keeping up. They were here within a couple hours of sending the request. Very kind and knowledgeable men! Very thankful for such a great team to help me with everything!
Rob, the maintenance guy came this morning real fast after I submitted service request the night before. He already knew the problem based on my note and was ready to fix! He cleared the AC condensation line and the problem is fixed. Thank you, Rob, and Mira Santi for addressing this. Awesome job!!!
Had my blinds replaced. Awesome 👌 job by both Rob and Hugo. They worked as a team and we're in and out in a short time. Great job. The new blinds are awesome.
Rob is a very nice person and he helps us a lot for facility repair work in Santi Mira. 6/7 Rob fixed garbage disposal. he also helped us to replace the door battery. 6/8 we fonnd that the AC was not working property, he fixed air conditioning for us immediately. good job Rob! You save us in the hot summer time.
5 stars for Rob too! 7/23 Rob helped me clear out the condensate drain line and also replace the batteries for the front door. Super friendly and professional. 5 stars for Hugo in maintenance staffs. He always takes care of the concerns. Today I submitted a request for the kitchen sink issue and Hugo came here to help very quickly.
