They were overwhelmed by the volume of the Valentines holiday. That's the kindest explanation for the poor service and undercooked food. They had a very pricy fixed price menu without the options of the usual menu. This we did not find out until we were there and it was too late to make a different choice. Overall very disappointing experience from a previous favorite.

Decent service but we were a little rushed through our meal. Not a lot of options for people with food allergies or sensitivities to gluten.

Made open table reservation for LI Restaurant week for 1:45 on Sunday which was confirmed.Upon arrival, we were advised menu not available until 6pm. Explained and showed server reservation and she recited brunch hours 3 times. Since we had guests, brunch was only option. It was not worthy of Mirabelle. We have enjoyed LI Restaurant week at Mirabelle previously. This was a huge disappointment.

We have loved this restaurant in the past. However, this time it was extremely noisy, the food was ok and the service was poor!

When we first got there the bar area was very loud. Thank goodness over time it quieted down. Menu had a lot of meat choices & not a big variety. I’m a vegetarian & there was only 1 option. My husband said the coffee cup was small & not even filled.

The service was absolutely horrible, I’ve worked at the inn in the past for over 15 years as a manager and as a waiter, I expected better. Slow, non observant.

Very disappointed w very little selection of gluten free items - was told by waitress I could only have a salad to be safe- I don’t want to dine out & have to eat a salad-a restaurant of your caliber should have a dedicated fryer to offer fries with burgers & also GF buns at the very least

Checking in with reservations was poor. Confusion on seating. Never came Back after stating they would check on seating. Waited 20 minutes

We had a party of 5 for a business meeting. We ordered a bottle of red wine. The servers said they didn't have anymore red wine glasses, so we needed to drink the red wine from water gobbler glasses. The bus person was stacking the finished plates, no tray to clear food. We ordered Restaurant Week Menu. The short ribs were cold and i'm not sure if the server forgot to fire our food, because the entree took 45 minutes to receive dinner. The steak was tough and dry. No compound butter or a sauce. It was strange. Overall I will... read more
