Dr. Bassett is great. She listens and addresses my concerns appropriately. She has been helping me with my injured shoulder and has been making a very positive impact. I highly recommend her!
she is such a sweet, caring doctor, gets to the point, helps you where you need it. builds a dr- paitent relationship.
I recently lost my primary care doctor, who I absolutely loved, we had built a strong relationship and I felt she truly cared about my health. I was handed off to another new physician in the same practice and immediately felt unheard and that I was a task to be done as opposed to a patient to be cared for. Dr. Bassett is very knowledgeable and polite. She listens to you and provides feedback and things to try to fix what ever is going on. I would recommend her as a primary care Doctor for sure.
Dr. Bassett went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She was patient and compassionate and took her time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
