I am so glad to have this opportunity to share my response to my experience. I accidentally ended up in the wrong life stand office. I was supposed to be in Suffuck but ended up in Chesapeake.. The receptionist in the Chesapeake office graciously help me get connected with my psychiatrist to have a virtual visit. Both ladies were very polite, friendly and helpful.
Partially my fault, but Miranda Chakos verbally attacked me. So now I need to find it in me to trust yet another medical provider. This isn’t the first time I’ve been mistreated by mental health professionals. You would think such people would be more understanding or even think to inquire about my side of the story. The office itself has unethical billing practices too. Avoid at all costs.
Nice office , good visit I feel I was listened to . My only complaint is no one is at the desk . We could not open the door and if there wasn’t someone waiting we may have missed the appointment. I utilize Telehealth and it’s awesome. Very pleased with Dr. Chakos.
Dr. Chakos is the most caring and understanding doctor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She really understands chronic conditions and how hard it makes it to navigate thru daily life.
She is a very good doctor she takes the time with me that I need everybody that works there is very kind
