Miranda is excellent as a therapist. She is well informed of the latest practices in mental health treatment. On a personal level, she has helped me see issues that in the past has caused problems and how I process issues in a healthy manor.
Miranda is great (5 stars). Booking and billing experience is sub-optimal.
I was able to access my health professional without hassle or delay. Miranda has a very comfortable approach to her that allows me to feel confident that I'm getting the best care possible. I was apprehensive to engage in a "telehealth" option for care. Now that I've had some experience with the option. I'm simply satisfied with telehealth as much as an "in person " visit, but I believe my satisfaction comes especially from the level of great insight that Miranda provides
