Great place for families I've been here awhile and absolutely love it. I'm a mother of a 5-month old and a stickler for quiet places. If you're looking for a spacious and quiet setting this is the place to live. There are no aggressive pets here. Which was another concern I had before moving here. It's a very clean and neat property. The management go above and beyond to meet tenant needs. Maintenance team is fabulous as well. Alta Cobb Hill is a very nice place to stay Apartment complex is very clean and it's a very quite and safe place. It's also very family friendly. The pool is very nice and there are common use grills but there isn't much shade and in the hotter months is not very comfortable to sit around the pool area. Alta Cobb Hill is a Great Place to Live Alta Cobb Hill is a very nice complex. It isn't gated, but I always feel safe with the great staff and friendly neighbors. I don't like the hassle of gates anyway. I've been here for 2 years and I've only had one issue for maintenance (lighting in my closet had gone out), which was taken care of right away. Alta Cobb Hill Very nice complex. My 1 bedroom is very spacious, however, pricey for me because I'm single and am living alone. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've had no problems.
It's Great For the Price The apartments are pretty spacious and include W/D. The appliances are upgraded and provide a really stylish feel; making it exciting to come home. The garden tubs are a huge plus along with the large walk-in closets fit for anyone. This is a quiet community with many families and even some elderly couples. Its a good apartment Pros: Staff are very nice and responsive, maintenance crew are good as well. The apartments are spacious and luxury to some point, swimming pool is great (my kids love it), courtesy officer is always there on top of things and late night swimmers, valet trash 5 days a week, a place for washing the car, beautiful and quite area for walking the kids and jogging (in and around the complex). Alta Cobb Hill For what I pay for rent, it's incredibly affordable. 1bed, 1bath, and an attached garage with all new(ish) appliances including a washer and dryer. Right down the street from Toyota Stadium and downtown Frisco. Easily accessible from the tollway only a 30 minute drive to downtown Dallas. I've been living here for almost 6 months and don't really have any complaints.
Great Place To Live! I moved in a year ago and love my home here. The staff is really friendly. My dogs and I love the dog park and the pool is really fun to BBQ at and hang with friends. I don't think I will be moving anytime soon.
