Daequan and his coworker stopped by to inform us of AT&T services. Although I am not interested in obtaining service from AT&T (not due to them), these gentlemen were excellent representatives of the company. They were informative, respectful, courteous and not intrusive as many salespeople can be at times. We wish them much success.

Richard was very patient with me while I asked alot of questions. He explained all of them very well and gave me the time I needed to do all my research before moving from Xfinity to AT&T. He followed up enough and answered all my concerns. I found our I was paying for services I wasn't getting. Now I'm saving about $30 a month and so far the speed is exceptional and the customer service has been great 👍

Richard made it very easy to sign up for ATT fiber. My intention wasn't actually going to sign up for anything but to humor them. I thought it was just a couple of sales guys that wanted to sell me something but it didn't sound like a sales pitch at all. He presented everything to me very clearly and it became a no-brainer that this was something that I needed to have.
