I’m sure he’s great for people who aren’t extremely terrified of the dentist but I was left feeling like he was annoyed at my high anxiety and left me feeling even more embarrassed about it. His staff was kind and warmer than he was, but they also seemed uncomfortable with my anxiety/crying. Pros: he prescribed antibiotics in the off chance it’s just an infection, was able to get me into a cancellation slot, and at least narrowed it down to one of two things after a week and a half of being in pain and seeing my normal dent... read more
Dr. Petrino and staff have been amazing! Even though I ended up not being a candidate for a root canal, they took the time and care to give advice and refer me to the best professionals for my situation. They went above and beyond to help me, even though they were not providing a dental procedure for me. Thoughtful, kind, extremely knowledgeable...I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
The staff absolutely amazing. They were prompt, kind and made sure I knew I was a priority. The doctor was wonderful in every way, he made sure I knew what was happening, how he was going to fix it, checked on me constantly, and his cellphone number was provided when the visit was done so I could contact him with any questions, concerns or issues. Dr. Petrino was super efficient - only 1 hour for a root canal, including prep and waiting for anesthetic. I had immediate and complete relief, and surprisingly no post-procedure pain whatsoever. Great job!
Everything went really well! The office got me in quickly for an evaluation, the Dr. thoroughly explained the 3d imaging, regarding the cause of my symptoms and promptly scheduled the treatment. Experienced instant relief and no ongoing issues.
