Having recently moved, I needed a small nameplate for my mailbox. I went to Mister Minit at the Cora in Châtelineau late Monday afternoon and I made the right choice. A very professional and helpful person—and very patient because I'm not easy to please ;-)—helped me find what I was looking for. It might seem like a small detail, but a simple, well-engraved nameplate makes all the difference when you're in business and want to come across as serious. I thank him for the service and I recommend the place :-)

A €20 key broke after only two uses. So I took it back with the receipt. The salesperson told me it wasn't possible for a key to break, because, he said, it's metal. Trying to reason with him, I suggested that perhaps there was a weak point where it broke. "No, there's no weakness in the metal." (I probably broke the key for kicks). So, he made me a new one. On September 13, 2025, I went to MrMinit Châtelinaud with my mother and partner. The only person at the counter was extremely rude and unpleasant to me, in front of witnesses. For a simple key duplication, I paid €65—an exorbitant price compared to other locksmiths in the area. No effort was made to explain, no politeness was shown, only a contemptuous attitude. I absolutely do not recommend this shop. Avoid it if you want decent service and a fair price.

Car key duplication order not fulfilled (simple key with transponder for electronic immobilizer) even though I specifically requested a key with central locking when making the reservation. Exorbitant price for a simple key duplication and transponder cloning. Price paid: €150

It's a shame I can't give zero stars. I bought the key fob on October 7th and received it on November 9th. When I tried it, it didn't work. I immediately went back to the store and they told me "it was already damaged" (the fob). But they should have warned me before I bought it that it wouldn't work! I paid €38 for the key fob for my car, I received it a month late, and don't even get me started on the cashier. He told me to come back when the person who made the sale was there.
