The man at the counter was unpleasant; he was at the back of the shop and we had to call him over. On top of that, he charged €5.95 for resizing a watch and had absolutely no change. We left having paid €6, and he didn't even say goodbye. Furthermore, since we only had €20, we had to go around to other shops to find a replacement. In short, unpleasant and inconvenient. But he does know how to do his repair work, more or less.
Since the change of ownership, the two people who were there on Thursday, February 26th, were incredibly friendly, did a fantastic job, and were very welcoming. If you'd like a smartwatch or a regular one, don't hesitate to ask them; they're very helpful. I recommend them 1000%! 👍👌😍
