14 euros for a copy of a letter box key...70 euros for 5 keys of normal doors. In my country (and it's not a cheaper country at all) it costs 1 or max 2 euros. A 30 seconds task. It's a theft

Very expensive. I paid €90 for two door keys and one nameplate engraved. Never again. Should have asked for a quote first. Ridiculously expensive.

The service was very unfriendly. I asked to open my gate opener so I could see which battery I needed. He helped me out and then suddenly claimed that because he'd opened it, he had to charge for service. He could have told me this earlier and honestly if I'd just asked to look. He dared to charge €9.95 for one battery and installation... while they were priced at €5.44 for two. And when I pointed out that he could have told me that before opening it, or that he could have just given me the screwdriver himself... he replied,... read more

Just before closing time, I stopped by Mister Minit in Hasselt because I urgently needed a key made. The locksmith quickly made my key, even though he was ready to leave. Problem solved! Thanks for the customer service, I'll definitely be back.

I wanted to have a second key cut. I had a blank key with me, but they wouldn't do it because the key hadn't been purchased from them. "Too bad," I said, "then I'll go to someone who actually wants to make a profit." Customer service wasn't great; they didn't even respond when I mentioned this.
