I wouldn't give even 1 star. I'm surprised how this place still alive with so many bad comments. They destroyed my red suede shoes and proposed me an insurance. After 3 weeks I came myself to ask foe the update. They said their owner said "shoes still looks good" (still looks good!!!!!). I didn't ask them foe the insurance, I was shocked from what jappend and they offered, and now they are ignoring me. The owner doesn't reply on my call since December 2024. They opened my watch with a swiss knife. The first time they were unable to close it and it reopened once at home. If u care about your watches, bring them somewhere else.
Came here to buy a strap for my watch before 7pm, but the seller refused to sell me anything coz he decided to close his shop earlier and just sent me away !!! Not recommended 👎👎👎
The guy said he does not do watch battery replacement and I should go to Belle Etoile.
Unfriendly service. Closed his shop early, couldn’t care. Updated 2 years on: Still terrible service, couldn’t care less. Firm 1-star place.
