Store closed at 16:45 even though they are supposed to stay open until 18:00! Picture was taken on Friday the 3rd of January at 16:45
Overcharged me a lot when I first moved to Leuven and needed a normal key duplicate. They charged me 27,90€ and it never sat right with me since in any other country I've been to I've always been charged between 3€ and 10€ for a normal key duplicate. Today I went to a local Leuven schoenmaker to get a duplicate of the exact same key and, as expected, they charged me a normal price of 10€.

Very unfriendly
This store doesn't live up to its slogan of "quick fixes while you wait." No one was in sight at 11:00. After shopping, I asked if they could do a small repair, but that wasn't possible (even though he was sitting on a chair upon arrival). It was 12:40 and I was told my lunch break was coming... which is from 1:30 to 2:00 PM. I received a rude response afterward... I drove to another shoemaker on Diestsesteenweg.
