Overcharged me a lot when I first moved to Leuven and needed a normal key duplicate. They charged me 27,90€ and it never sat right with me since in any other country I've been to I've always been charged between 3€ and 10€ for a normal key duplicate. Today I went to a local Leuven schoenmaker to get a duplicate of the exact same key and, as expected, they charged me a normal price of 10€.

Very unfriendly
In this branch, they do not live up to their slogan "quick solutions while you wait." At 11:00, no one was to be seen. After shopping, I asked for a small repair to be done, but that wasn't possible (even though he was just sitting on a chair upon arrival). At 12:40, I was told that the lunch break was coming up... which is from 13:30 to 14:00. After that, I received a rude response... I drove to another shoemaker on Diestsesteenweg.
