Really disappointed with one part of the job. The shoes were fine, but the Arthur & Aston schoolbag was a disaster 😢. I dropped off my 23-year-old schoolbag; they needed to sew up a pocket and a bit of the inside. When I arrived with my receipt, they must have searched for my belongings, which were stored like trash behind a washing machine, and weren't even sure they'd done it 🤨. I had the soles of my Tevas glued, but they didn't even last two days. Unfortunately, they were on vacation, so I couldn't return them for warranty.

Excellent service! He repaired shoes that others refused to fix. He's a master shoemaker, and the keys he made were very direct. Quality and professional service

The work was done promptly and correctly, but the price was exorbitant. €12 for a simple key that can only be paid for in cash. There's no ATM in the shopping center, so I had to buy it at the Carrefour supermarket to get an additional €20 charge. Furthermore, the locksmith couldn't give change for the €20 note I presented, and to top it off, I didn't get a receipt! In short: I'll go elsewhere next time.
