The person who served me was barely friendly and asked what I wanted. They said I needed a Twingo key fob and a battery. I told her I'd assemble it myself, and she decided to do it in three minutes. Then came the payment: €35 for the fob. I asked if there was a mistake, and then I realized that keys cost €35 where I live. So, this shop is best avoided.
I wanted to have a blank key cut, but the person asked me for 30 euros. I told them it was highway robbery and went to Super U in Pontivy, where I was served by a lovely lady and paid 5 euros. So, if you need keys made, I recommend going to Super U.
Very disappointed! I dropped off my leather bag for repair because the zipper wouldn't close. The woman who greeted me said that simply replacing the slider would be enough, and it would cost €15. The interaction with the saleswoman was incredibly irritating! I was this close to leaving and abandoning the whole point of my trip... When you work in a profession like this, you need at least some basic social skills!
We were usually very well received by a professional and pleasant lady who had been invaluable on several occasions.
