Dupe of key approximatif and not working. Got a quick refund though

I dropped off my shoes on 8/10 and was supposed to pick them up on 14/10. They haven't been touched. I'm supposed to come back at 4 p.m. I finally come back the next day and they're still not ready. The finishing touches still need to be done. So I'm asking for a refund, which is done on the spot. No apologies, no politeness, no professionalism. I'm getting shoes back that cost over €1,000 a pair with soles sticking out, glue, and fingerprints.
I came in today at 7:25 PM to have a simple key duplicated. The person there refused to do it, claiming their till was full, even though it would only take a few minutes. I explained the urgency of my request; I understood I was coming close to closing time, but I thought they might have been more helpful. They weren't! It's a real shame and quite disappointing!
I went to get a duplicate key made after losing it. They agreed to give me a duplicate, but it was defective and I couldn't get into my house with it. I asked them to modify the key, but they refused (it cost €62). I had to go to a competitor who provided me with working keys (€38). It's now been a month and a half that I've been fighting every week to get a refund for the key. I absolutely do not recommend going here if you have a problem.
