Purchased my fourth Honda Accord (since 1984) from Honda. I had a known problem (design flaw) in the V-tech engine. My car was kept garaged and always maintained (by Mistlin Honda). It had 67,000 mi. Honda extended the warranty (not a recall!) because of the problem. My engine had the problem after the warranty extension ran out. After asking Honda to help me with the my problem - they refused any help. The cost of the bill was under $500.
