When I called in about the wait time to get the oil changed I was told they were very slow and I could get right in. When I arrived a very short time later, I was told it would be an hour and a half to an hour and forth five minutes. Not a happy Honda driver.

We went there to turn my Daughters car in, they open at 8:30, we got there at 8:25, apparently they were in a meeting, no one came out till 9:15. You'd think if you opened at 8:30 all meeting would be done so you could service your customers at 8:30. Just say'n.

Express oil change that takes forever my car was check in at 11:50am and was finish at 2:30pm. a lot of waiting. when you do oil change i here you better be ready. 2.5 hours of waiting time is not a joke.

Been here twice. Once a few years ago I wanted to trade my odyssey for a pilot. Salesman said I wouldn't like the Pilot so I left. Today I came to buy a specific car. It's here. I asked if he will come down on the price since it's pretty high. Nope. Didn't ask about my nice trade. Just rolled up the windows of the car and walked away. Lol. No wonder the salesmen are all standing around without a customer in sight.

It was satisfactory but I had to wait until the end of the week for an appointment to get work done on the Honda. When I take the Toyota in for ANYTHING, they work it in that day and if they don't quite finish, they supply a rental car free of charge.
