Misty is fantaastic, she has truly made a difference in my life. We've navigated grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, the works. She's provided valuable resources for post-session work and helped me recognize that I was dealing with ADHD—something that can be especially hard to diagnose in adults. I genuinely look forward to our sessions, as she has supported me through some of my most challenging times. I highly recommend her; we connected from the very start, and I am deeply grateful for her support.
Misty is someone that is easy to talk to and really helped me break through years of issues. She helped me through my divorce and helped me learn to handle life again. I am so very thankful for her.

After hitting a hard spot as an adult, I became acquainted with Misty during couples therapy. I was always skeptical about therapy. In fact I told people all the time I don’t have a problem talking to anyone so how would therapy help? Misty quickly proved how beneficial therapy could be. She was easy to connect with and made each therapy session feel like a true safe place. I 10/10 recommend Misty to anyone!!!!
