There is no medical professional out there that has better bedside manner and knowledge of their field. We could not be more grateful for the treatment and care provided by Dr. Williams to both of our children. No drive or flight is too long to have her treat your child.

My 8-year-old has difficulty walking steadily and we've tried everything from inserts and braces to casting, which was our next option at our local Kaiser. Unfortunately, they were not able to perform the casting because they chose not to. I asked for a referral elsewhere. Dr. Williams is incredibly warm, personable, and genuinely cares. We saw Dr Williams a handful of times with Dr Dobbs. She seemed sweet and very caring. At my post op visit I talked with her and expressed the urgency to get pre-certification for PT because it takes 15 days for approval. She said she would get it taken care of. I followed up with Dr Dobbs and Dr Williams via email numerous times including letting them know how many days we had left. They did nothing. Mitzi didn’t introduce herself and she treated me as if I were less than. Outside of this I think she’s very good at what she does and knows her stuff but her behavior toward me was unkind.
