My experience with Dr. Murray has been very difficult. After she referred me to an endodontist, I ended up receiving unnecessary root canals on two of my healthy teeth. I even asked two different dentists, and both confirmed that these teeth did not need root canals. When I returned to Dr. Murray’s office, I asked why she had agreed with the endodontist’s decision and requested that she review my images again, because it was clear that two of the teeth did not need root canals. Dr. Murray and his team are the greatest. The hygienist is very through. Dr. Murray definitely keeps it real with regards to your care and available options to optimize your oral health. He also takes the time to get To know you and find common topics of interest for discussion while getting the job done.
Consistently cancelling on patients. This doctor is quite literally NEVER in office and is always out. Giving patients crowns that fall out easily. Letting patients know about which teeth are already cavities/damaged yet is cancelling so much on them that he cannot even do follow ups to fix them. PLS DO BETTER!!! Going to the dentist has always been an experience I don't particularly enjoy. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how fantastic my whole experience was with Dr. Murray and his staff. It had been quite a while since my last visit because of COVID, and this was my first time at this practice. The receptionists were both warm and incredibly helpful. Absolutely incredible experience! The staff (Meena, Morgan and Felice) were amazing; professional and courteous. Dr. Murray is truly a God send. I am super excited about my future smile. This office is my new first choice for all of my dental needs.
