FRAUD-FRAUD-FRAUD I received a letter from you stating that I have an outstanding balance and that Enbridge gas Distribution has mandate you to recover the amount I supposedly owed. I’ve received a letter from you guys saying that I owe 7,773 dollars, it must be a mismatch with someone I don’t have any account with that bank that says I owe them money. They called me literally every three minutes between 4pm and 5pm yesterday. I settled my debt over a month ago, so I emailed them a copy of my release letter this morning and requested them to not contact me again. They have called me three times since then, the last two times happening within 5 minutes.
They call and won’t say why they are calling when the person they are looking for does not live here. The person just hangs up and won’t listen to my response. Very rude! I’d consider this harassment. I’d love to know where they got my number from.
16 days since I settled with these guys and I have yet to receive any confirmation what so ever not an email NOTHING even after calling and asking twice. The account is still showing as “open” on my credit report. Not happy. The customer service representatives i spoke to were nice and friendly I will give them that. But this shouldn’t take 16 days. This collections agency is aggressive when they need money from you but don’t expect them to be as responsive when you need something from them.
