My name is jaskaran singh. Reference number is 13395499. I done whole payment. When i done last payment, they said you will get your relief letter with in two weeks. Now time is over & have more than one month. I still didn’t get it. When they need money, they call 10 times per day. But now they are not telling me when they send or not tell me other solution. If you sent then why didn’t come to me ????
These clowns spoof me from half a dozen different phone numbers daily, for a cell phone debt they say i owe from 2016. It is 2024. They started harassing me out the blue ever since I had applied for a credit card, from an entire different business. You can't block them because they just generate new numbers to spoof you from every day.
They called me literally every three minutes between 4pm and 5pm yesterday. I settled my debt over a month ago, so I emailed them a copy of my release letter this morning and requested them to not contact me again. They have called me three times since then, the last two times happening within 5 minutes.
I got three letters back to back from this collection agency sending a settlement offer although I make my payments on time and I am never over the limit. I panicked and called BMO and they said everything is fine on their end under my account and according to the reference number on the letter (MJR Ref#13429796, cannot share the BMO reference number as it is someone else' credit card number), the account belongs to another “Manpreet Kaur” and MJR messed up. They call and won’t say why they are calling when the person they are looking for does not live here. The person just hangs up and won’t listen to my response. Very rude! I’d consider this harassment. I’d love to know where they got my number from.
