After receiving calls from this company for over 2 years for a person whom I do not know I am fed up. I asked to speak to a Manager to ensure this was resolved. The absolute worst customer service ever, if I can give them zero stars I would. I had one woman be so rude to me, when I asked to speak to a manager, she said there were none available (I called at 5 they close at 7:30) and promptly disconnected the call. There’s no standardized process. I’ve been calling for days to receive a release letter and they have given me the runaround or multiple different timelines. My government work phone received multiple calls from this company. Each time I picked up and talked to a staff, I told them they got the wrong number because this number has switched to me for nearly 2 years. Every time, they said they would mark my number as wrong number and taken off the list. Yet I continue to receive them. Today is the 3rd time I have spoken to a staff and repeated the same chat. they call me ALL DAY. from 9am to 4pm i get at least 6-7 calls looking for someone named Paulina. It is almost ALWAYS a robot so i can never tell them to stop, it’s always a different number so i can’t block the call, the few times I’ve picked up and it’s been a person i’ve told them to take me off their list and they have the wrong number yet my voicemail box is still full of their calls and my phone buzzes non stop all day. I answer the phones at a business. One of our employees who does not work during MGR Capitols business hours obviously has something outstanding. I have personally asked MGR three separate occasions to remove our number from the contact list. I am also aware of a coworker having told them the same on at least one occasion. They still call and harass on a daily basis despite this.
