This company is a scam! Constantly harasses and refuses to provide any evidence of the debt, calls 30-40 times a day, and aside from the staff being rude and hardly speaking English they do not have any updated information from the debtors they apparently deal with. Also does not believe they have to abide by the provincial laws in regards to Dan collections when they call outside of Ontario or Quebec. If You have to deal with this company. this is an unorganized company. Spoke with a caseworker and arranged payment to be made by a certain date. She said she would call me back in that day. Before that day I got spammed 6 more times for the same reason. Each of the agents wrote in the notes that payment was made, yet they kept calling. Now, they won't return my calls when I call to get a receipt. This is infuriating and very unprofessional.
Complete garbage company. To say that they're unprofessional would be too polite and a big understatement. Please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT engage these people. Look at the many horrible reviews and the desperate scrambling and damage control these idiots attempt by replying to 1-star reviews. This company is a joke. They have been harassing my husband for months about a debt that was INCLUDED in a business bankruptcy 6 years ago. We also currently use the company they are claiming the “outstanding issue” is with and have checked with them and have zero issues with him or any of our accounts yet this “reputable” company is still trying to collect on something that has been dealt with through.
