After receiving calls from this company for over 2 years for a person whom I do not know I am fed up. I asked to speak to a Manager to ensure this was resolved. they call me ALL DAY. from 9am to 4pm i get at least 6-7 calls looking for someone named Paulina. It is almost ALWAYS a robot so i can never tell them to stop, it’s always a different number so i can’t block the call, the few times I’ve picked up and it’s been a person i’ve told them to take me off their list and they have the wrong number yet my voicemail box is still full of their calls and my phone buzzes non stop all day. I answer the phones at a business. One of our employees who does not work during MGR Capitols business hours obviously has something outstanding. I have personally asked MGR three separate occasions to remove our number from the contact list. I am also aware of a coworker having told them the same on at least one occasion. They still call and harass on a daily basis despite this. Company MJR Capital Services inc. is an absolute nightmare! They have been harassing me non-stop with calls, 20 times a day, for someone who isn't even me! It's like they don't comprehend the meaning of "wrong number." They've used a myriad of different numbers, making them impossible to block. This sheer incompetence is infuriating!
