the agent call me over 100 times asking paythe bill，and they register the collection account on my credit file，I dont know whats that ，pay that fee just for remove the collection account on my file，when I follow the step pay it，they dont send me any release letter for this collection，they can pick up your call when the money not collect， when they get the money they wont care any thing，I call them over 100 time until today 2024.8.26 I still not get my release letter
