After receiving calls from this company for over 2 years for a person whom I do not know I am fed up. I asked to speak to a Manager to ensure this was resolved. Company MJR Capital Services inc. is an absolute nightmare! They have been harassing me non-stop with calls, 20 times a day, for someone who isn't even me! It's like they don't comprehend the meaning of "wrong number." They've used a myriad of different numbers, making them impossible to block. This sheer incompetence is infuriating! For the 18th million time, I do NOT CALL CREDITORS. YALL are scammers at this point .. and I want it writing so accept my email settlement offer or keep heading to my voicemail . The absolute worst customer service ever, if I can give them zero stars I would. I had one woman be so rude to me, when I asked to speak to a manager, she said there were none available (I called at 5 they close at 7:30) and promptly disconnected the call. There’s no standardized process. I’ve been calling for days to receive a release letter and they have given me the runaround or multiple different timelines. My government work phone received multiple calls from this company. Each time I picked up and talked to a staff, I told them they got the wrong number because this number has switched to me for nearly 2 years. Every time, they said they would mark my number as wrong number and taken off the list. Yet I continue to receive them. Today is the 3rd time I have spoken to a staff and repeated the same chat.
