Complete garbage company. To say that they're unprofessional would be too polite and a big understatement. Please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT engage these people. Just brutal. Been harassing my number via texts and calls for someone who has never had my phone number as I e had it forever!!! Despite numerous attempts speaking nicely with agents or replying to texts that the person they been harassing me about for two years has never had this number - and whom I’ve never heard of … they continue to harass!!!
Worst people on earth. They call me from 10-15 different numbers all 1 min apart from each call harassing me while I’m at my place of work. When I answer the call I have multiple people talking to me at once asking for my personal information to confirm who they’re speaking with. I refuse to do that. Has called and spoke to me three times today. This is bordering harrassment as they can only call three times in 7 days in Alberta. They refuse to send me a debt validation letter because I won't confirm anything but my name...because they are calling about a debt I do not recognize. Will be reporting them the next time they call.
