We had a fantastic experience with MLG RV Rentals! My family of three spent three rainy nights at the Carlsbad Beach campsite, and the trailer made all the difference. It was clean, cozy, and kept us perfectly warm despite the weather. As total beginners to renting a camping trailer, we really appreciated the detailed instructions provided! Our So Carlsbad campground 2 day trip went so smooth ... the 26' trailer was delivered & ready to go before we arrived. They even backed in diagonally to create more campsite more privacy. Had a small issue figuring out generator & they had someone there within a few hours to square it away (turns out I just hadn't turned on the switch inside). Appreciated the service & will rent again for sure.
I must say how very clean and new looking the trailer we rented was. We spent a week at San Elijo State Beach for a mini family reunion. The trailer got many compliments from the family. We had one minor issue come up. I reached out to MLG and they got right back to me with an offer to come out and resolve the issue. Great customer service. Great camping experience!! We rented a trailer and had it delivered to the campsite. It was there and ready when we arrived. They contacted us ahead of time and asked if we wanted a generator for an extra fee. It was worth it. We will use MLG RV again. Nice people too!!
MLG Rentals & Deliveries was exceptional. Whoever parked our trailer on our site in So Carlsbad State Beach was a pro!!! I spoke with her but don’t remember her name. The trailer was a dream. So nice and easy. Thank you again!
