We had a fantastic experience with MLG RV Rentals! My family of three spent three rainy nights at the Carlsbad Beach campsite, and the trailer made all the difference. It was clean, cozy, and kept us perfectly warm despite the weather. As total beginners to renting a camping trailer, we really appreciated the detailed instructions provided! RV delivery and reservation was excellent, RV was in excellent condition.Post pickup I was charged $74.50 ( partial cleaning fee) without notice or evidence of what required additional cleaning. We provided video documentation of RV at checkout. It was pristine and sanitized, we do not smoke and cannot imagine why we were charged extra. Upon review of video we were refunded the $74.50 but can’t help but feel taken advantage of which sucks as we were looking forward to using their services again in 2026.
Our So Carlsbad campground 2 day trip went so smooth ... the 26' trailer was delivered & ready to go before we arrived. They even backed in diagonally to create more campsite more privacy. Had a small issue figuring out generator & they had someone there within a few hours to square it away (turns out I just hadn't turned on the switch inside). Appreciated the service & will rent again for sure.
This is our third year renting from MLG RV Rentals. We have had nothing but great service from them and their campers are always clean. They provide a broom and entry way mat which is great. We bring in all our own utensils, cooking gear and bedding. It’s so convenient to show up to your campsite and have your home by the beach ready.
I must say how very clean and new looking the trailer we rented was. We spent a week at San Elijo State Beach for a mini family reunion. The trailer got many compliments from the family. We had one minor issue come up. I reached out to MLG and they got right back to me with an offer to come out and resolve the issue. Great customer service.
