We received excellent customer service and prompt responses to our inquiries during our stay. We would like to suggest updating the rental bunk beds with improved cushions and ensuring the generator hook-ups are properly aligned or have renewed wiring.
We’ve used MLG RV rentals for the last three years for our camping trips and have had such a great experience. They deliver and set everything up before you arrive, making our trip experience so easy. The RV is always in clean condition and the appliances all work great. If there’s an issue or we have any questions they’re quick at responding and helping with whatever question or assistance we may need. MLG RV is great. We rented a trailer for a week long trip to San Elijo SB. The trailer was delivered by 1:00 PM, very clean and everything in working order. The queen bed was good, we always bring our own memory foam to put on top. The bunk beds had a very thin “mattress”, would definitely recommend anyone intending on using these beds for teenagers to bring their own pad for more cushion. We had a great experience with MLG Rentals. They were very communicative and went through all the details of what we should expect out of our trailer rental. In the past we have hauled our own trailer but it was so nice to not have the stress of doing that and showing up to a set up site! The trailer was very clean and comfortably fit our family of 5.
Our annual beach camping at S. Carlsbad would not be the same if it weren’t for MLG RV. Each year it’s the same outstanding service and experience from these good folks. We used one of their competitors in the past— but are so glad we made the change. Trailers are in much better shape and better communication.
