We received excellent customer service and prompt responses to our inquiries during our stay. We would like to suggest updating the rental bunk beds with improved cushions and ensuring the generator hook-ups are properly aligned or have renewed wiring.
We’ve used MLG RV rentals for the last three years for our camping trips and have had such a great experience. They deliver and set everything up before you arrive, making our trip experience so easy. The RV is always in clean condition and the appliances all work great. If there’s an issue or we have any questions they’re quick at responding and helping with whatever question or assistance we may need. MLG RV rentals are so easy to work with and recommend them to all of our friends. Our family looks forward to our annual... read more
Staff is professional helpful and they are very convenient. They will get back to you and are always available.! We Contacted MLG RV When we were planning on staying at Santee Lakes for our family reunion. I contacted him on the phone and I texted them the dates that I needed at the Trailer. One of their representatives contacted me back and said great. Will save the date for you. Will call you back once we get in the office.. Maybe I sounded too eager, but I only really want it the RV for a couple of nights and they tol... read more
MLG RV is great. We rented a trailer for a week long trip to San Elijo SB. The trailer was delivered by 1:00 PM, very clean and everything in working order. The bunk beds had a very thin “mattress”, would definitely recommend anyone intending on using these beds for teenagers to bring their own pad for more cushion. The delivery guy was great, brought us the adapter so we could use our generators. We had an issue with a leaking cord to the propane tan... read more
Our annual beach camping at S. Carlsbad would not be the same if it weren’t for MLG RV. Each year it’s the same outstanding service and experience from these good folks. We used one of their competitors in the past— but are so glad we made the change. Trailers are in much better shape and better communication.
