I just want to share my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with this agency. On 1/19/26, 9 days of being a new customer with M&M insurance, I called to ask if I could get evidence of insurance sent over to the lien holder of one of my vehicles on the policy. Miles, Angie and Melissa are awesome to work with and just solid down-to-earth people. They insure just about everything for my family, and in the event they can’t get something insured, they will follow up religiously and make sure I am taken care of with another firm. I can’t remember the last time I actually enjoyed speaking with my insurance agent.
Miles is always helpful and pleasant. In today's world of high insurance costs, he worked with me to get the most affordable and practical coverage for my needs. He returned my call in a short time. I would recommend him to everyone.
Agent was nice and kind. It was Allstate! Premium increased in 6 months. Then six months later it increased again. I sought out other company and saved significant for same coverage. I called the office, Miles was busy. I asked about the rate and was told there were some decreases coming next month so just wait. Why did they bill me the higher amount knowing their rates would decrease before my renewal date? I waited and they offered me about 10% off, but that was double what I got Progressive quoted, I will continue... read more
