Agent was nice and kind. It was Allstate! Premium increased in 6 months. Then six months later it increased again. I sought out other company and saved significant for same coverage. I called the office, Miles was busy. I asked about the rate and was told there were some decreases coming next month so just wait. Why did they bill me the higher amount knowing their rates would decrease before my renewal date? I waited and they offered me about 10% off, but that was double what I got Progressive quoted, I will continue... read more
Miles is great to work with although I have been shopping around for home insurance as I dont like their current rate and constant yearly increases over the last 6 years. I get better rates but don’t want to lose the car discount so I am in the verge of completely changing insurance companies at this time.
Allstate has been good to us for too many years to remember the number(40+). Miles Hunsaker is helpful and knowledgeable when needed. I would highly recommend his agency. I feel that pricing is high by insurance companies in general. It is too bad that those who don't have the new expensive technologies or file big claims also have to pay such high prices. Unfortunately, it is the way of the world.
Melissa is the most caring and helpful person I know. She really knows her stuff and M&M Insurance is experienced so they provide the right coverage for each unique situation. I recommend all my friends to call M&M Insurance.
