Miles, Angie and Melissa are awesome to work with and just solid down-to-earth people. They insure just about everything for my family, and in the event they can’t get something insured, they will follow up religiously and make sure I am taken care of with another firm. I can’t remember the last time I actually enjoyed speaking with my insurance agent.
Miles is always helpful and pleasant. In today's world of high insurance costs, he worked with me to get the most affordable and practical coverage for my needs. He returned my call in a short time. I would recommend him to everyone.
Agent was nice and kind. It was Allstate! Premium increased in 6 months. Then six months later it increased again. I sought out other company and saved significant for same coverage. I called the office, Miles was busy. I asked about the rate and was told there were some decreases coming next month so just wait. Why did they bill me the higher amount knowing their rates would decrease before my renewal date? I waited and they offered me about 10% off, but that was double what I got Progressive quoted, I will continue... read more
Allstate has been good to us for too many years to remember the number(40+). Miles Hunsaker is helpful and knowledgeable when needed. I would highly recommend his agency. I feel that pricing is high by insurance companies in general. It is too bad that those who don't have the new expensive technologies or file big claims also have to pay such high prices. Unfortunately, it is the way of the world.
