Love working with Miles and his team, I've been buying home/renters/car insurance from them for 10+ years. They've been wonderful. Super quick to respond, very honest, and they don't try to sell you on things you don't need. I've had multiple things refunded because I didn't need certain parts of my plan. Highly recommend working with this particular Allstate team!
I've been a long time Allstate customer. They have always been prompt and complete when I had a claim. Most recently they reached out to me about our auto insurance. They had a new program that retained or exceeded the current policy and knocked off about 40% of the premium. So happy they gave me a call.
Miles and his team were wonderful to work with when we moved to Utah! He thoughtfully customized our policies to save us quite a bit of money.
Miles is great to work with although I have been shopping around for home insurance as I dont like their current rate and constant yearly increases over the last 6 years. I get better rates but don’t want to lose the car discount so I am in the verge of completely changing insurance companies at this time.
