Very satisfied with Mobile Bike! I had a fat tire bike that needed to be made road ready after being stored, and another bike we just wanted looked at. He provided very thorough and competent service and worked w us on our timeline. Reasonable $ too. Will definitely use him again.

James was a great help when my brakes stopped working while riding on the C&O canal trail. I called him and within minutes, he came with an entire car full of gear and a mobile bike stand. He worked on my bike and told me what he was doing as he went. He also asked before he did certain things that would cost more (even if they were $4 or so more). It was a delight talking with him about his biking adventures and his life. We greatly appreciate James and his business. A trail angel of great heart!!!!

After messing around with an odd part for my sons bike, I knew from all of the mechanical work I have done in my life that it was going to be hard to find a particular hex nut to fit the pedal assembly. 4 hardware stores, calls to Schwinn. I made the mistake of buying a Taiwanese bike that arrived with damaged hydraulic brakes. James quoted me a fair price and stuck with that price even though the job proved to be more difficult than anticipated. Everything now works great, and I will certainly be calling James again in the future. He was very dedicated to getting everything working correctly. Plus, James is a great guy and fun to talk to. Highly recommend!

We are super excited to be able to ride bikes together as a family again. My e-bike's back tire (one with the motor) kept going flat and wouldn't hold air. I texted James (Mobile Bike Repair) at 10pm yesterday - on the #listed on his website - I was amazed he answered me, and after chatting about my issue, he confirmed my tire size this morning, and had my bike fixed by this evening!
