I had been to another shop for issues with my power chair and got the run around, 1st I needed a new battery [it was 3 years old]. Still not working, went back a 2nd time to be told the motors were going bad and needed a replacement. They charged a service charge and did nothing. We were looking for a mobility scooter for my wife. I had done my research online and so I knew the criteria that I needed. The salesman was very knowledgeable and listened to our specifications. He had 2 scooters there that matched our needs. He let us both drive them in the store and my wife picked the one she liked. Unfortunately, this exact scooter she had ridden at a competitors store and it was $200 cheaper. Being on a fixed income, we had to purchase the less expensive one. A good experience. Brought my wife's mobility scooter in for servicing. Made an appointment. They were ready for me when I arrived. Did the service that day. Returned home with the scooter that day with my issues addressed and fixed. All at a fair price. All this makes for a happy customer that will return when issues arise again!
We rented an electric scooter, and were extremely pleased with the service provided. It was so easy to speak with their employee on the phone, and she quickly determined which scooter would suit us best. Picking up was super simple, and so was loading it into my car. The day we were supposed to return it (before 5pm, they close at 5pm), we encountered a delay at the museum, and were a little freaked out about making it back to the store by 5pm. I had My old wheelchair fixed with two new batteries. Tim and the staff were so helpful and so kind and caring. My wheelchair is 14 years old and they got it running like it was brand new. Thank you Mobility City.
