Purchasing the couch was not a problem. It’s a very nice couch aesthetically (albeit not durable) and our salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. But that’s the last kind statement I can make about this company. I purposefully bought the 5 year warranty knowing that there would be some pet damage. When purchasing the warranty, I explicitly asked if pet damage was included. My salesman ASSURED me that pet damage was covered and I shouldn’t worry since that claim would be covered. We bought a dining table and chairs at Boca Raton Modani in May. It was delivered in July when we were not in Florida. We arrived recently inJanuary and saw that the table is off alignment and needs to be adjusted. In addition, the chair’s inner foam folds and stays creased and is very visible. We contacted Customer Service twice and told about a 7 day policy- they were not helpful to accommodate our request at all. So disappointed. We purchased a outdoor sectional with a small table. ( From Matthew) The table is why we wanted the furniture, it finished the look. We bought it on May 10 and was told the table is on back order and will arrive by July. I called in July and was told if would arrive by August. I called in August and was told it will arrive by September when I called in September I was told the line was discontinued and I could have a credit or a refund. I bought a king size Giorgio white bed for my 11 year old daughter which I received in January. After a month of use it broke. The technical assistance changed the legs of the bed and now after 3 months it broke again. I paid dearly and the bed is of terrible quality. I went to the store in Boca Raton and the manager said I couldn't do anything. I am looking forward to technical assistance; because I don't want the bed anymore. The bed does not support a child, the bed has no base. And so far they haven't answered me.
