Daniel is an incredible advisor. He was very attentive throughout the entire purchasing and delivery process of our Sandro sofa. He's an excellent person. I'm grateful to him. The sofa is now in our home and it's beautiful. Now all that's left is to enjoy it. We're very happy.

As we walked into the store we were greeted with a warm welcome. The gentlemen helping us made the process so easy. He took the time to as us questions about what we had in mind and even complimented us on shopping well together. Great experience with John selecting and purchasing our new bedroom furniture! However, DELIVERY has been a whole issue. For starters, the date scheduled with John for delivery, the delivery company did not deliver our furniture! We called and called and did not receive a reply. The next day I called the delivery company, QUALEX, and spoke to a lady and arranged for our delivery for the next Saturday.
