I had such a great experience working with Joe at Modani Furniture. He was personable, attentive, and made the whole process so easy. I thought that the customer service at the store was exceptional. The associate, John Grimm, was very helpful and my acquiring financing. I only give you a four star because I couldn't do it through the store, I had to do it online... And lower your shipping fees please! But, the chairs I bought are going to be beautiful. Great experience being helped by John. He was very patient with our indecisiveness and not pushy at all. He (and another employee) helped to move the floor furniture around so we could see different configurations and make a more informed decision. We enjoyed the experience buying a sofa set from here.
