I recently spent over $5,000 on a couple of pieces of furniture, and unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. The first issue was that they sent the wrong part for one of the furniture pieces. We found a great dining and chairs at Modani at good price (were looking for them for a year). Everything was delivered quick and on time. One of the chairs had a small defect. After contacting their support Gary helped us quickly resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Good products, honest and quality installers, great customer service!
I had an issue with a couch a bought several months ago and reached out to the Modani team for resolution. The person i worked with was Jenece and she eas extremely responsive and great work with. I really appreciate her efforts here!
Arrived at the store on Sunday and was interested in 2 nightstands it was 4 PM told the lady that I wanted to go home and make sure they fit and looked right and that I would be back before 6 o'clock. Arrived back at 5:30 PM and I was greeted by another family Waiting to get in. To our surprise the door was locked and all the lights were off and no cars out front other than mine and the other family. There is no note on the door. This is just so unprosessional and rude they are supposed to be open until 6 PM.
This is the worst-made furniture I have ever purchased, and they do not stand behind their products. They are rude when you report a defective piece and unwilling to resolve the issue. I highly recommend avoiding this store and shopping at Modloft or City instead.
