We found a great dining and chairs at Modani at good price (were looking for them for a year). Everything was delivered quick and on time. One of the chairs had a small defect. After contacting their support Gary helped us quickly resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Good products, honest and quality installers, great customer service!

I recently spent over $5,000 on a couple of pieces of furniture, and unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. The first issue was that they sent the wrong part for one of the furniture pieces. While it took about a month to receive the correct part, the real challenge was convincing customer service that it was the wrong piece to begin with—it just didn’t fit properly. Modani is a great store with high quality furniture. We bought a dining room set and two lounge chairs and had to return the lounge chairs because we didn’t like the color once it came to our house. It didn’t match our furniture. I immediately called Gary at customer service and he made the situation very easy and for me to get back a credit for the lounge chairs. This is the worst-made furniture I have ever purchased, and they do not stand behind their products. They are rude when you report a defective piece and unwilling to resolve the issue. I highly recommend avoiding this store and shopping at Modloft or City instead.

Arrived at the store on Sunday and was interested in 2 nightstands it was 4 PM told the lady that I wanted to go home and make sure they fit and looked right and that I would be back before 6 o'clock. Arrived back at 5:30 PM and I was greeted by another family Waiting to get in. To our surprise the door was locked and all the lights were off and no cars out front other than mine and the other family. There is no note on the door. This is just so unprosessional and rude they are supposed to be open until 6 PM.
