I recently spent over $5,000 on a couple of pieces of furniture, and unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. The first issue was that they sent the wrong part for one of the furniture pieces. While it took about a month to receive the correct part, the real challenge was convincing customer service that it was the wrong piece to begin with—it just didn’t fit properly.
