Susana followed up on every step of the process from design to delivery. Her design help and furniture choices for our home were Perfect! If any slight issue arose with delivery she was on top of it to ensure perfect timing as we waited for our home. Susana represents Modani in an amazing fashion. Had the best experience with Modani Furniture. Grace from the store gave me solid interior design assistance and helped me out with putting a dining room and living room together so that it flowed. Very happy with the look. Noticed a chip in my coffee table and nick on my dining room table top. Customer service reached out to me immediately once the driver noted it. Brigitte arranged to have the pieces replaced asap.

Terrible experience. We bought a lot of furniture there (BIG MISTAKE). I was pressured to purchase insurance as well. This is really8 a scam. Bought 4 kitchen chairs ($200 each. Bow the second time there is damage on the chair. Ripps at the seem. They give me may be 89$ for damaged chair that cannot be used. Terrible
