No one was ever there to fill out the paperwork. So I had to request it on line. They sent me the wrong code for the gate, then turned out there are 2 different entrances. Would have been nice to have a map unit locations. They have very competitive prices, but they don't tell you they have a mandatory insurance that you need to add per month. Minimum of 14 dollars a month.
Kristy was very nice when I called her on the phone and talk with about a unit. So when I went over to get my unit she was the just as good she actually made my day. Yes I was very pleased and the unit was clean , I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
We’ve been with ModBox for a few months now, and it’s been a good experience so far. Gate always works perfectly, and no issues with the unit either. The initial rental process was easy and fast, and the staff was friendly and answered all my questions.
I have three units between my friend and I and we are pleased. Prices are great and very little hassle to sign up online anytime.
The office personnel were the best and super helpful….. Really nice unit based on all the storage units I’ve rented over the years
