Kristy was very nice when I called her on the phone and talk with about a unit. So when I went over to get my unit she was the just as good she actually made my day. Yes I was very pleased and the unit was clean , I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
We’ve been with ModBox for a few months now, and it’s been a good experience so far. Gate always works perfectly, and no issues with the unit either. The initial rental process was easy and fast, and the staff was friendly and answered all my questions.
The office personnel were the best and super helpful….. Really nice unit based on all the storage units I’ve rented over the years
Great storage place! I’ve used them a few times over the years. Always friendly office staff and easy to navigate storage facility. They sometimes even have discounts for the first month’s rental. Would use them in the future if need be.
The storage location’s staff has been great. When we first moved in, had some trouble accessing, but the staff was very helpful reviewing our account and helping us get into our storage. The storage’s location is conveniently located. Great sizes on storage units based on the amount of items you need to keep safe.
