We have been using ModBox storage for 2 years now. Lou the High Point Property Manage has been awesome to work with. She has made the storage process not only simple, but also friendly and personable. We have never had a problem, the units are climate controlled and the property is always well secured and clean. Eric has allowed me work his nerves since this morning but has had an awesome spirit about it and ultimately got me into the perfect unit a right across from one another! I’m supper excited! He Definitely takes pride in his job and we need more people like that in position, especially for jobs like this where people are in the middle of tough moments.
Great experience! Easy, quick, and efficient. The only complaint that prevents this from being a 5 Star rating is the fact that the unit advertised as an 8' x 10' is MUCH smaller than that. False advertising for sure.
Good experience with move in and out. Convenient and accessible. Like that it wasn’t a crowded lot next to other businesses. Was there for 5 years. Would recommend. Good choices on storage rental size options.
If I could give this place a review less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. First of all, we arrive to unload my Uhaul and my gate code does not work. We attempted to go to the office (as someone was supposed to be on the physical location from 8:30-5:30) and no one was there....no one had been there all day according to other customers. After 45 minutes, I still wasn't in the gate. Customer service could do nothing for me. Finally, another renter was there and allowed me to use their gate... read more
