She has made the storage process not only simple, but also friendly and personable. We have never had a problem, the units are climate controlled and the property is always well secured and clean. When will the gate code box be fixed. This is ridiculous. They Tell you to enter at the other side of the building which is a regular double door and no freight elevator. I had to take heavy furniture all the way across the top floor of the building to the other side to go out. I had to remove the legs of the couch to get it out the door. that was a month ago I go over there tonight same deal The gate code is not working. Used to be great but recently went under new management. Now the gate keypad that worked fine before has been broken for almost two months so everybody has to go in the small door in the far corner. Very inconvenient and they say they're working on it but how long can it possibly take. Staff now seems irritated and aren't as pleasant as before. Eric has allowed me work his nerves since this morning but has had an awesome spirit about it and ultimately got me into the perfect unit a right across from one another! I’m supper excited! He Definitely takes pride in his job and we need more people like that in position, especially for jobs like this where people are in the middle of tough moments.
