We have been using ModBox storage for 2 years now. Lou the High Point Property Manage has been awesome to work with. She has made the storage process not only simple, but also friendly and personable. We have never had a problem, the units are climate controlled and the property is always well secured and clean. Good experience with move in and out. Convenient and accessible. Like that it wasn’t a crowded lot next to other businesses. Was there for 5 years. Would recommend. Good choices on storage rental size options.
If I could give this place a review less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. First of all, we arrive to unload my Uhaul and my gate code does not work. We attempted to go to the office (as someone was supposed to be on the physical location from 8:30-5:30) and no one was there....no one had been there all day according to other customers. After 45 minutes, I still wasn't in the gate. Customer service could do nothing for me. Finally, another renter was there and allowed me to use their gate... read more
This is this best place for storage! Eric was super helpful and so kind! I felt very safe leaving my things here, the prices cannot be beat. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to store things. Couldn’t be happier!!
