Nice storage units and very clean. It’s also nice that they are hidden back off the road. Prices are very reasonable too. I would Definitely recommend this place!
Not sure why this place has a 4.6 star rating the amount of reviews with items stolen from the units is sad. On December 17th, 2025, my storage unit was broken into all my belongings was stolen. After going through a separation, I cut my losses, took what I had left, and put into this storage unit and moved into a hotel. I figured it's a nice location on a quiet country road. My experience has been a good one. Messages or information including billing, receipts etc always get to me in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to choose Modbox!
I had my unit broken into and the people who stole my stuff took my TVs and all of my baby’s items which is on the way in a couple of months now I have to completely restart and spend even more money. They don’t wanna help the insurance company that they provide the information they need to continue with the process this has been a month. We had been renting from them less than a month before they changed the rate of our storage unit as well as tacking on an insurance fee, we didn’t much mind the insurance fee as for something could happen. well it did our locker as well as several other locker where broken into abount a month 1/2 ago, we file a police report and let the storage place know to begin everything with insurance. they wanted to fight with us and tell us that we didn’t have insurance after we proved that we have insurance through the company that t... read more
