I had my unit broken into and the people who stole my stuff took my TVs and all of my baby’s items which is on the way in a couple of months now I have to completely restart and spend even more money. We had been renting from them less than a month before they changed the rate of our storage unit as well as tacking on an insurance fee, we didn’t much mind the insurance fee as for something could happen. well it did our locker as well as several other locker where broken into abount a month 1/2 ago, we file a police report and let the storage place know to begin everything with insurance. they wanted to fight with us and tell us that we didn’t have insurance after we proved that we have insurance through the company that t... read more
Facility is nice and clean, and feels safe. All my stuff stays dry. Contacting on the phone could be a little better. The phone system seems buggy at times. Otherwise the experience is good.
Ive had my belongings here for a few months now, and when I got to my unit everything is always clean. The gate has only been broke 1 time and it was fix asap. The outside is always clean no trash and the roads are always clear. The inside where my unit is has always been clean if any debris and I love the fact I have a light in my unit. So far the price has been good as well.
Nice easy to locate location. Area is big enough to pull a trailer into unload or load up. Also very good lighting. Id recommend to anyone.check out super easy just send picture of clean empty unit and BOOM, all done
